It's taken some time but I'm hoping this shows some improvement on my previous work.
I'm a long way of the level of realism I hope to one day reach.

All credit for the pose has to go to Lev Dolgachov the photographer who's photo I used as a reference.

5H-2B Faber Castell 9000 pencils
Blending stump
Derwent pencil eraser
Lots of frustration.

Any one found using my work without my permission will be forced to listen to the Barney song on a continuous loop for a full week. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I'm using this both to encourage me to start drawing again, to develop my level of realism, improve my rendering of hair and tackle at least one new texture such as fabric.
